| Laurel Schallich has a bachelor's degree in fine art from Colorado State University. Her studies have included interior design and suburban landscape architecture. She also has a real estate license and has worked extensively with buyers. She understands buyers and what they are looking for, what they notice, and what turns them off about viewing a home for sale. She spent many years as a social worker and is skilled at observation and "reading" her clients.
